Calgary Boat and Sportsmen’s Show 2009
February 12 – 15
Each year Sarcee Fish and Game Association is a critical part of the Boat and Sportsmen Show. We help to organize a section of the show that is dedicated to non-profit outdoor organizations. We are able to promote our own club and utilize the opportunity to really show the public what we are all about. This is also a great fund raiser for the club.

Our first time volunteers are listed above in bold type. Thanks for stepping up to help!
Special thanks go out to; Rob MacKenzie for his generosity in lending us mounts for the display; Murray for the help transporting the backdrop; George and Julius for building 215 bird houses; Art for his perseverance in organizing things for the AJPP; Dan Radomski for bringing in the pheasants; Everybody who helped with set-up and take down; Jeff, Theresa and Hannah for keeping the family volunteering tradition alive and to Jeff Leighton for convincing Pat to throw away the bolts and just screw the darn display boards together!
Remember to bring any parking receipts that you still need to claim to the March 10th general meeting to get reimbursed from Pat Quinn.
The Club should gain a profit of approximately $4000.00, even after our expenses are deducted.
As always we are very open to suggestions on how to improve the show. Please give Art (247-7245) or Pat (730-2082) a call if you have any info you would like to share with us to make the show even better for next year.
